FMP named one of the Washington Post’s 2021 Top Workplaces

We are so honored to share that we have been named one of the Washington Post’s 2021 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area! We placed 26th out of 80 organizations in the Small Company Category. We’re excited to say that this marks our second consecutive year in receiving this achievement. Selection for this recognition is based solely on employee feedback, gathered through a third-party survey administered by the Washington Post’s partner, Energage, LLC. It measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. We are so grateful to our workforce for taking the time to respond and provide feedback.
